Designed by Thomas Boitel, the brand’s founder, it is the very first model he created in 2020. Its name refers to its unique proportions (20 cm long by 20 mm wide) and the year it was created. The result? A knife with a bold style, blending minimalism, character, and efficiency!
This knife features a 9.2-cm blade made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, a steel renowned for its thinness and corrosion resistance. Its sheep’s foot profile offers excellent cutting control, ideal for precise tasks. The blade is enhanced by a whale-bone pattern, adding an original touch without compromising performance.
The forced-lock mechanism ensures simple and safe use. This traditional system keeps the blade open during use.
The 10.8 cm handle, made of blue stabilized birch, immediately catches the eye. The stabilized wood is impregnated with resin, making it more resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations while retaining its unique grain pattern. Its very straight and slender shape enhances the modern look and ensures a natural grip.
