The artisan knife: a kitchen knife like no other
If you're looking for a different kind of knife, one that's the product of traditional craftsmanship, look no further than handcrafted knives! There are many high-quality industrial knives whose manufacturers can boast of aiming for excellence... But a handcrafted knife has undeniable advantages and qualities that an industrial knife can never have! Take, for example, the engraving of a blade: most knives are laser-engraved, and this surface engraving will gradually fade over time. On the other hand, hand engraving on Japanese knives such as Tadafusa or Jikko is done in depth and will remain visible for life! Handcrafted knives are unique, so you can display them in your home like objets d'art! The craftsmen put all their passion and know-how into the making of the knife to offer you an exceptional kitchen knife. Cooking your roast, chopping your herbs and slicing your vegetables will become a real pleasure with this kind of knife, unique in the world.
Japanese craft knives and French craft knives
We offer handcrafted knives from several origins: Japanese knives designed in Sakai, Sanjo or Seki; and French handcrafted knives from Thiers, the cutlery capital of France. On the Japanese side, you can choose between the Tadafusa, Jikko and Kasumi Masterpiece brands: all these typically Japanese knives will live up to your highest expectations. On this page, you'll find your very own handcrafted paring knife! Damascus steel blade, hammered, polished, there's something for every taste. In France, find the Le Thiers and Laguiole brands and renew your table knives with original, handcrafted knives!
