A well-oiled mechanism

Developed in collaboration with Crucible Industries by metallurgist Larrin Thomas, this high-performance stainless steel has quickly established itself in the world of modern cutlery.
The 11.6 cm gray handle is made of aluminum. This material keeps the weight down while providing good rigidity and a comfortable grip. Its surface and compact design offer a grip well-suited for everyday tasks.

One-handed opening
The thumb stud attached to the blade makes it easy to open with a single motion. The thumb presses against this feature and guides the blade until it opens. This design allows you to operate the knife without having to free up your other hand, which can be useful during outdoor activities, hands-on tasks, or minor repairs.
A secure lock
The Crossbar Lock keeps the blade open by pressing against the heel of the blade. Located inside the handle, the crossbar prevents the blade from folding back during use. To close the knife, both ends of the mechanism must be activated simultaneously before carefully folding the blade back.
Tips for Use
Use this blade for cutting tasks suitable for an EDC knife: cardboard, rope, packaging, small pieces of wood, or preparing gear. Avoid twisting, using the knife as a lever, or cutting materials that are too hard. After use, wipe the blade with a soft cloth and remove any debris from the mechanism. Regular cleaning and a drop of oil on the knife’s pivots will keep it opening smoothly. Sharpen the blade at an angle of approximately 20° on each side using an appropriate sharpening system.
