The FOX brand has been forging its own knives in its home country, Italy, since 1977. Its reputation stems from the use of noble materials such as N690Co steel. Each of the brand's folding knives has its own elegance. Let yourself be seduced by this FOX FX.604B for your outdoor outings!
The black blade is forged from N690Co steel, a noble material renowned for its hardness of 58-60 HRC, which means less frequent sharpening and longer use. The alloy, enriched with carbon and chromium, offers exceptional sharpness (thanks to the carbon) and unbeatable strength (thanks to the chromium). The high cobalt content reinforces the blade's resistance to impact.
Its Drop Point shape enables you to perform a variety of tasks, such as trimming wood, slicing branches, cutting ropes... You'll be able to adapt quickly to any situation!
Its 11cm handle is made of black FRN: reinforced nylon fibers make the handle unbreakable and resistant to temperature variations. The spacer at the bottom of the handle is made of orange aluminum. It ensures perfect balance between handle and blade! A serrated part at index finger level secures your finger against slipping on the blade. What's more, the shape of the handle has been designed to offer the best possible feel when holding the knife!
The blade can be opened in two ways. You can deploy the blade using the Thumbhole: slide your thumb into the hole in the blade, then pull on it to pull the blade safely out of the handle. You can also open the blade with the Flipper, which consists in pushing the Flipper so that the blade can unfold with ease!
The sturdy Liner Lock prevents the blade from closing automatically. What's more, you'll no longer have the sensation of the blade shaking during intensive or prolonged cutting!
A clip and eyelet on the handle make it easy to get around. Put a shoelace through it, or hang the knife from your pocket or belt loop!
Owning a FOX folding knife is the assurance of having a high-performance, durable and functional pocket knife for your outdoor activities! So go ahead, get your hands on the black FOX FX.604B CORE pocket knife!
