This Homey's boxed set contains 4 kitchen knives for everyday versatility:

Knife blades are made of recycled 3Cr14 stainless steel, an alloy that is shock-resistant, corrosion-resistant and strong. They cut cleanly and can be used for both cold and hot foods, as they can withstand temperatures of up to 105°C.

Knife handles, meanwhile, are made from wheat fibers that have been reinforced with polymer resin via a special process. This polymer resin is not of chemical origin, but made from biological materials. Totally healthy, it contains no toxic, aggressive or harmful substances, and is guaranteed Bisphenol A-free. Its manufacturing process requires a low temperature of around 40°C, compared with around 200°C for traditional plastic. Handles have a reduced environmental impact, as their manufacture does not depend on petroleum sources and requires less energy consumption.

Handles made from this material are sturdy. What's more, their ergonomic shape is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. They ensure comfort in your daily cutting tasks.

Essential accessories for worry-free cooking

In addition to the 4 kitchen knives, the set includes a flexible cutting board that complements them perfectly. The board's flexibility makes it easy to store, either in the box tube or in a kitchen drawer. What's more, the board can be cut to suit your every need. It's also dishwasher-safe.

2 100% cotton tea towels are also included. Strong and durable, they enable you to wipe and dry your knives and board after washing. You can also use them to polish and wipe glasses and cutlery.
