Description
These Mastrad scissors can be used to shell different types of crustaceans with hard and soft shells, such as prawns, crabs, shrimps, lobsters...
They feature curved, serrated blades that follow the shape of the shrimp perfectly. This prevents damage to the flesh and slipping on the smooth surface of the shell. Made of stainless steel, these blades resist corrosion and have an excellent cutting edge.
Note the serrated part in the center of these scissors, to break off small parts of the shell.
