The Bérard family business dates back to 1892. The adventure began when Marius Bérard set up an object factory in the Drôme region of France. Over the years, the company focused increasingly on kitchenware, specializing in wood. Their favorite materials include beech, boxwood and, of course,olive . Workshops have been set up near the Mediterranean basin, where the most important work is carried out. All in an ecological spirit, to get as close as possible to the trees and optimize transport.
This Bérard round spatula is made from olive, a rare wood that grows only in the Mediterranean basin. It's the perfect utensil for blending your preparations without fear of scratching your pots and Frying pan, unlike some steel spatulas.
Care: Rinse in fresh water, then dry immediately. Dishwashing is not recommended to preserve the quality of the wood. Be sure to apply vegetable oil or wax regularly for added durability.
