It is highly hygienic, conforming to the HACCP method, and also carries the NF certification, awarded to manufacturers' products when they meet certain hygiene and quality criteria.
This spring-loaded stainless steel whisk enables you to whisk, aerate or evenly mix liquid preparations (soups, sweet pastes...). Its extra-large size will be useful for professionals needing to whisk large quantities of preparations, as it is ideal for large pots and salad bowls.
The steel wires have a shape memory, so they are unbreakable, allowing the apple to retain its original shape.
The Exoglass® handle is highly resistant to extreme heat (up to 220°C). Heat-insulating, it provides a perfect, safe grip. What's more, the bulge at the end is non-slip, preventing your fingers from slipping during intensive use.
