Set of 3 Matfer professional FMC whips with Exoglass® handle

Choose this assortment of 3 Matfer whisks to make all your preparations to perfection! Perfect for professional use! The whisks are NF-certified and comply with HACCP legislation on food hygiene.

The kit includes three whisks in different sizes: 30, 35 and 40cm, depending on the quantity of food to be cooked. Each whisk is fitted with spring-loaded stainless steel wires. In this way, the apple retains its original shape even after intensive use.

The handles are made of Exoglass®, a composite material much appreciated in professional environments. It is waterproof, withstands extreme temperatures up to 220°C and provides an excellent grip. The handles insulate themselves perfectly from heat, offering you ideal comfort of use, with no risk of burns.

Finally, if you want to save time on maintenance, you can run the whisks through the dishwasher at the end of each use.
