Cookut is breaking new ground withSteel Green® stainless steel. It's an exclusive technical material designed to combine performance, health and durability. The pan's 3-ply body is composed of :

• An inner layer of nickel-free Steel Green® stainless steel: healthy for sensitive people, and non-reactive to acidic foods (tomato, lemon...)
• A core of recycled aluminum: excellent conductor, guarantees rapid and uniform temperature rise
• An outer layer of ferritic stainless steel: all-ring and induction compatible, resistant to thermal shock

Steel Green® stainless steel is also reinforced with copper and titanium. Copper gives Cookut stainless steel saucepans optimum thermal reactivity, perfect for searing or deglazing. Titanium reinforces the structure for exceptional durability, even after years of use.

Guaranteed PFAS- and PFOA-free, this new-generation stainless steel avoids any chemical coating. The interior is naturally non-stick if the temperature is properly controlled (water drop test). You cook better, faster, without altering the taste of your food!

Mastering Cookut stainless steel for successful cooking

To cook in stainless steel without food sticking, preheating is essential. Cookut recommends you carry out the water drop test: pour a few drops of water into the heated pan. If they slip and crackle, the surface is at the right temperature. Now it's time to sear your food.

• Dry searing: meats don't need fat.
• Once caramelized, they release naturally
• Add a little fat: for more fragile foods such as eggs or vegetables, a small amount is enough to prevent sticking as soon as the pan is hot
• Cook over low to medium heat: Steel Green® stainless steel rises to temperature quickly, so there's no need to overheat! Save energy and preserve flavors

The pan has 2 discreet attachment points for a removable handle (sold separately), providing a secure, ambidextrous grip. By removing the handle, you can transform your utensil into an elegant serving dish or save maximum space in your drawers and cupboards: ideal for busy kitchens!

Care instructions

• Hand-wash recommended: to preserve the colored finish on the outside and the brilliance of the stainless steel
• Avoid abrasive sponges: prefer a soft sponge and a classic dishwashing detergent
• Effortlessly remove juices: deglaze while hot or soak in lukewarm water
• Remove the handle before placing in the oven or grill (maximum +220°C)
