This Marttiini 175019 model is an incredibly practical tool. Especially for fishing enthusiasts and/or fishmongers.

The Marttiini Fish Cleaner knife features a curved blade for easy opening of fish. One side has a serrated edge for efficient scaling. The 10cm blade is made from corrosion-resistantstainless steel and is insensitive to the abrasive effects of iodine. As a result, this type of alloy is ideally suited to the construction of fishmonger's tools. With its martef coating, the blade cuts fish easily and with minimum friction.

The Fish Cleaner has a rubber handle. This material is non-slip and comfortable to grip. This knife holds well even when wet. The handle also incorporates a metal spoon for easy fish preparation.

The Marttiini Fish Cleaner 175019 knife comes with a custom-made, openwork protective sheath.
