Microplane Premium Classic Razor Kitchen grater Storm Grey - 20,3cm

The Microplane Premium Classic Gris Orage rasp is an efficient and original color!

The grater'ssuperior-quality blade is the result of shared expertise between the USA and Canada to deliver a highly effective cutting edge. Thanks to this unique technology, the grater has quickly become indispensable in the kitchens of professionals and private individuals alike. It is widely used in televised culinary competitions, as well as by pastry chefs and cooks.

The cutting surface of the 20.3 x 2.5 cm blade is made of stainless steel. It's razor-sharp, ensures fine results and is suitable for a wide range of foods: hard cheeses, spices, chocolate, truffles, citrus fruits, ginger and garlic. Food is preserved thanks to the precision of the blade's abrasive surface, without being shredded or damaged. Your recipes retain their original flavors intact.

A transparent protective case is supplied with the grater for safe storage. The case is easy to clean by hand, as is the grater, which is also dishwasher-safe.

The last major asset of the grater is its design. In Gris Orage, it is part of a new range of colors inspired by harmonious, minimalist Scandinavian design. Microplane wanted to develop natural, warm and discreet colors. This color, combined with the shape of a wood rasp, gives you a Microplane rasp that perfectly blends modernity and rusticity.
