Description

Prepare your ginger easily, quickly and efficiently with the Microplane 3-in-1 ginger grater! This practical grater allows you to peel, grate and slice ginger.

Thanks to the side scraper, you'll never need to use a spoon or knife again! The grater then features two different stainless steel blades that are ultra-sharp. These blades are manufactured in the USA using a process called photochemistry. The first blade is a fine grater, enabling you to grate your ginger very finely into a purée. The second is a perfectly sharpened mandolin for uniformly thin slices.

At the rear of the grater is a rubber foot that increases the grater's grip on your work surface for maximum stability. A protective case is included to protect the tool, but also to protect you if you store the grater in a drawer in your kitchen: safety assured!

The grater can be cleaned either with water or directly in the dishwasher.

Good product but... small disappointment

Good quality product, but the ginger slices aren't as thin as with my adjustable mandolin... I was hoping for a tool that would really be suitable for slicing thin strips of ginger. So this product does double duty ;-(
