Microplane 2-in-1 Spice Mill Lipstick Rose

The Microplane 2-in-1 Lipstick Rose spice grinder brings a cheerful touch to the kitchen, and a new lease of life to your preparations!

A compact mill

This compact spice mill is designed for grating and storing hard spices. Its Lipstick Pink hue is a warm, natural color. Its ultra-sharp stainless steel blade, made in the USA using Microplane know-how, cuts ingredients with precision to obtain a fine, even grind, ideal for spicing up desserts, sauces, purées or hot drinks.

The special feature of this mill is its hermetically sealed top compartment. Here you can keep whole spices close at hand, protected from moisture and loss of flavor. The silicone lid also helps keep the mill clean after use. Its small size makes it easy to store without cluttering up the kitchen.

Tips for use and care

Remove the cap, place the whole spice in the mill, close and turn using gentle pressure. The more precisely you dose, the more controlled your seasoning will be. This mill is perfect for hard spices:

• Nutmeg
• Cinnamon
• Tonka

• Long pepper

After use, a quick rinse with water is all that's needed, and for more thorough cleaning, a trip to the dishwasher makes life easier. Remember to dry the mill thoroughly before reloading.
