Microplane Elite 5-in-1 multi-sided kitchen grater

The Microplane 5-in-1 grater is so practical! Its performance and maneuverability make it a perfect fit for any kitchen.

There are 5 cutting options on the 4 available sides (with grains of varying thickness). You can produce shavings, zests, chunks, slices...and all this on several types of hard or soft food, such as zucchini, ginger, carrots, cinnamon, nutmeg...All the possibilities are open to you!

The various blades are made of high-grade stainless steel, with a very sharp cutting edge. They deliver fast, efficient results, preserving the food (not damaging it) and the taste!

The grater body is made of black synthetic material, with a non-slip base and handle. This makes it easier to use and more stable. The grater also features a removable pull-tab: when engaged, the cut food falls inside, while when open, it simply falls into the container of your choice that you've previously inserted underneath.

When the pull-tab is engaged, you can see the amount of grated food inside the grater, thanks to 2 graduated windows on the sides of the unit (up to 600ml).

Cleaning is easy: you can run the grater under water to remove larger pieces, then place it in the dishwasher! Time-saving!

Whether you're a professional or a passionate amateur, this grater is the ideal tool for all your cutting needs! Discover all Microplane cutting utensils here!
