Old Bear L craft knife 9cm stainless steel blade olive wood handle with ferrule

If you're a fan of outdoor knives, you'll love Old Bear knives! They've been handcrafted in Italy since 1925.

This knife (model L) features a 9cm blade in AISI 420 stainless steel. Its hardness is 54/56 HRC on the Rockwell scale. The bear brand logo is engraved directly on the cutting surface, for even greater authenticity.

The blade can be stored inside the handle, for easier and safer transport! It is locked by an ingenious safety ferrule in hand-brushed brass. Simply turn it to unlock the blade so you can use it, or turn it the other way round once the blade is folded, to lock it in the handle. Practical and efficient! In fact, this opening/closing system has been patented by the brand.

The 12cm handle is made from cut olive wood, then treated with oil to increase its durability. Olive wood is pleasant to the touch, with a sweet scent and warm tones. Its unique veining adds a touch of authenticity.

It's important to note that, as this is a handcrafted knife, it may differ slightly from other existing models. This adds authenticity to the knife, but in no way detracts from its qualities and functionality.

The knife comes in a small cardboard box. Each box also contains the quality control certificate signed by the craftsman himself. So you can make a lovely gift for a loved one, or treat yourself!
