Cristel has designed this stewpot using top-of-the-range materials. It is made of solid 18/10 stainless steel, a healthy, durable and highly corrosion-resistant alloy. With a brushed finish, it is both elegant and resistant to marks.

It comes with a wrap-around L-shaped thermodiffuser insert:

• Aluminum layer: rapid temperature rise
• Magnetic stainless steel layer: perfect for induction
