The 30cm Ooni pizza peel is perfect for making homemade pizzas like a pro!
It features a flat, extremely smooth paddle that's ideal for preparing your pizzas directly on it and then putting them in the oven, without having to move them from your worktop at the risk of them falling off. The edge of the paddle is beveled for easy gliding over your worktop and pizza oven.
This pallet is 30.5cm wide and suitable for pizzas measuring around 30cm. It also fits inside the Karu 12 pizza oven. Made of aluminum, it is lightweight and therefore easy to handle.
The handle is made of glass-fiber-reinforced nylon. Its wide yet flat shape ensures an ergonomic grip. An eyelet is available at the end of the handle so you can hang the pizza peel near your oven.
The pizza peel should be cleaned exclusively by hand, avoiding the use of abrasive products. Do not expose the peel to high temperatures for too long, and avoid preparing acidic, alkaline or salty foods on it.
