The Ooni bamboo pizza board can be used to prepare and serve your homemade pizzas!
This pizza board or peel has a sloping, fully bevelled edge, making it easy to slide the pizza onto it from your work surface, to put it in the oven and remove it from your Ooni pizza oven.
Made entirely from bamboo, it is extremely sturdy and rot-proof. In fact, as it is naturally antibacterial, you can cook your pizza directly on it.
The board has a large 30.5cm paddle, suitable for pizzas with a diameter of around 30cm. Its smooth surface resists moisture and prevents the pizza before baking from sticking to it, allowing you to cut the cooked pizza directly on it.
The board's handle makes it easy to grip, so you can take your pizza into the oven or to the table. It features an eyelet at the end for hanging storage.
