Peugeot Appolia slate ceramic rectangular baking dish

Are you looking for an oven dish that will enable you to prepare tasty dishes and keep them warm at the table? The Peugeot Appolia oven dish is for you! Made in France, in the heart of Brittany, with quality materials, this dish is ideal for cooking everything from gratins and roast meats to vegetables and desserts.

A high-performance, durable dish

Made from 100% natural ceramic, the Appolia rectangle oven dish is built to last. Ceramic offers many advantages. It is highly resistant to shocks and scratches. So you can place the dish safely in the oven, fridge or freezer.

This container can also be placed in the freezer or in a preheated oven (or microwave) without any risk of thermal shock. In fact, it can withstand high temperatures of up to 250°C and low temperatures of down to -20°C.

Last but not least, the ceramic core ensures gentle, even cooking for healthy cooking. Food cooks to perfection, inside and out.

A practical, easy-to-maintain container

Peugeot's Appolia oven dish is also a practical everyday utensil. Indeed, the ceramic from which it is made is a material that retains heat well. Your culinary preparations will therefore remain hot at the table for 30 minutes, even after being removed from the oven.

The Appolia oven dish also features an ultra-abrasion-resistant enamel. That's what gives it its lovely, brilliant shine. And thanks to its wide, ridged handles, it's easy to grip.

Finally, to clean the oven dish, simply run it through the dishwasher or wash it by hand with soap and hot water. The rounded corners make for easy cleaning. In short, it's the perfect combination of practicality and convenience.

It comes with a 10-year guarantee and is available in 4 sizes: 25cm, 32cm, 36cm and 40cm.
