The STAUB 30cm crêpière is made from cast iron, an ideal material for cooking crêpes as it distributes the heat evenly. Once hot enough, cast iron allows you to reduce the heat to a minimum for gentle cooking and successful pancakes.

The interior of the crepe pan is enamelled, making it scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Its sides are particularly low, making it easy to flip your crepes.

Sweet or savoury, your crepes will be light and tasty thanks to this made-in-France crepe pan!

The crêpière is dishwasher-safe, but you're advised to wash it more often with a non-abrasive sponge to avoid damaging its interior.
