De Buyer Mineral B Element iron pancake pan 26cm

De Buyer is a French company that has been in business since 1830. It specializes in kitchen and baking utensils for professionals and private customers. All De Buyer pans are made in France, so they are of the highest quality, since they are manufactured according to a unique production process.

The 26cm pancake pan is made entirely of iron (a 100% natural mineral material), and is guaranteed free of added chemical components and coatings. Its protective finish with organic beeswax provides antioxidant protection.

This pan withstands high temperatures, so you can enjoy optimal cooking while preserving your preparations. All your pancakes are seared to perfection thanks to the even distribution of heat, for a result that's both melting and crispy.

The more the pan is used, the darker it becomes, making it easier to cook. In fact, the darker the pan, the less it will stick during cooking, as its non-stick properties will have been multiplied naturally! This process is called culotte, and must be carried out before the first use.

A maintenance guide is supplied, and specific instructions must be followed before first use. The pan is not dishwasher-safe.

With this pan, you'll enjoy optimal cooking, while preserving your food and your health.
