Description
In business since 1830, De Buyer is a French manufacturer of kitchen and pastry utensils for professionals and consumers. De Buyer pans are high-quality pans made in France, with a unique production process.
The 24cm round pancake pan is made entirely of iron (a 100% natural mineral material), with no added chemical components and no coating. Its protective finish with organic beeswax provides antioxidant protection.
This high-temperature frying pan provides optimal cooking results, while preserving your preparations. As a result, your pancakes will be seared to perfection thanks to the even distribution of heat, giving you a result that's both melting and crispy at the same time: perfect for making crêpes!
It's important to know that the more you use it, the darker it will become. This perfectly normal development will enable you to cook to a higher quality, and its non-stick properties will be enhanced tenfold. This process is called "culotting", and must be carried out before first use!
A maintenance guide is supplied, and specific instructions must be followed before first use. The frying pan is not dishwasher-safe.
This frying pan allows you to enjoy optimal cooking while protecting your food and your health.
