Matfer® Exoglass® cake mould

This Matfer cake tin is ideal for both sweet and savoury recipes! Sturdy and easy to use, this mold is ideal for all your preparations, whether you're a professional baker or a keen amateur!

Made from Exoglass®, a material renowned for its dimensionally stable, rustproof and non-stick properties, this mold is guaranteed to last. Exoglass® provides excellent heat diffusion and low thermal inertia. Your preparations are also colorful, and you can handle the molds without risk of burns, just seconds after removing them from the oven.

You can place your mold in the freezer, refrigerator or, of course, in the oven, since it can withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to +250°C!

With this Exoglass® mold, you don't need to grease it before use. In fact, its non-stick properties are preserved after use, so you can unmold your cakes with ease! However, for a nice golden color and a slightly more pronounced taste, you may want to add a little butter or oil beforehand.

As for cleaning your mould, you can put it in the dishwasher without any problem for a quick and optimal wash, without any risk of damaging your product.
