The Bistro salt mill is equipped with a steel mechanism specific to dry salt, guaranteeing efficient grinding of dry salt crystals of up to 4mm. This mechanism, guaranteed for life, is designed exclusively to grind dry salt, avoiding any risk of damage from wet salt.

Using the Bistro salt mill is simple: turn the mill head to activate the mechanism. What's more, the knob on the mill head lets youadjust the grind to suit your preferences. The tighter the knob, the finer the grind. Conversely, if you loosen the knob, the grind becomes thicker.

Filling the grinder is also easy: unscrew the knob completely, remove the grinder head and pour in the salt crystals. Add a touch of refinement to your dishes with the Peugeot Bistro salt mill.
