Advice on use and maintenance

The Bistro mill is very easy to maintain. Simply wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. It is important not to immerse it in water, as this could damage the mechanism and the wood. To fill the mill, first unscrew the knob completely, then remove the top part and pour the salt into the mill.

Please note that the mill is specifically designed to grind dry salt crystals (rock salt) with a size of 4mm or less. We strongly advise against using this mill to grind wet sea salt, even if dried.
