The Bistro pepper mill features Peugeot's patented steel mechanism. This comes with a lifetime warranty, while the mill itself is guaranteed for 5 years.
By turning the classic adjustment knob on the head, you can customize the grind size. The more you screw it in, the finer the grit, and the more you unscrew it, the coarser the grit.
This Peugeot mill is suitable for grinding various types of pepper (black, green, red, white), pink berries and coriander grit. To load, simply unscrew the adjustment knob, remove the upper part and proceed with filling.
For maintenance, a soft, dry cloth free of products or detergents is all that's needed to make it shine again. To keep the mechanism and wood in good condition, avoid immersing in water or putting in the dishwasher.
