Description

Its flexible stainless steel blade is highly resistant to shock and corrosion, and is easy to maintain. It measures 26cm and is 45mm wide. Its angled shape is ideal for flipping pancakes and other foods on a plancha, glazing and smoothing batter! The Matfer logo is embossed on the surface.
The handle is overmolded and made of polypropylene (colloquially known as PP). The overmolding adds strength to the piece, as the steel is doubly held by the plastic. You can work intensively, and the blade won't come apart easily.
