This block has an original design in elm wood and stainless steel to bring functionality and design to your kitchen. In fact, you can choose to position the block upright or at an angle for a highly original visual effect, revealing the blades of your knives.

This open design also ensures a high level of hygiene for your knives. Unlike closed positions, there's no risk of food residues.

7 slots are available on this block:

- 2 large slots for chef's knives and santoku knives. Maximum blade height: 5cm

- 2 intermediate slots for bread and meat knives. Maximum blade height: 3.3cm

- 2 small slots for utility knives. Maximum blade height: 2.3cm

- 1 special slot for kitchen scissors

The slots provide you with great versatility, as they enable you to store all your kitchen knives in one place. Positioned on your worktop, they're all within easy reach.

Elm wood is an elegant species with an attractive light-brown hue. Elm is known for its good resistance to humidity, making it ideal for kitchen use. However, be sure to dry the blades of your knives before storing them in the block.

A stainless steel base contrasts visually with the elm wood. Renowned for its strength and resistance to corrosion, stainless steel ensures a long-lasting block. It's also this base that you choose whether or not to tilt on your worktop.

Supplied without knives, this block can only be cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. Be sure to dry well after washing.
