Description
The Bérard brand is a family business founded in 1892 by Marius Bérard, a true wood lover. Initially, he founded a factory dedicated to shoe heels and skis. It was only later, in the 1970s, that the company decided to specialize in kitchen and tableware. Wood is at the heart of the company, and it currently has several workshops around the Mediterranean basin, to be as close as possible to the trees.
Today, we present an everyday utensil: the Bérard snack spoon. It's handcrafted from hard olive wood, sustainably grown in French Provence. This material is particularly robust and resistant to the odors that food can leave behind.
To wash, simply rinse in fresh water and dry or wipe dry with a cloth. To preserve the quality of the wood, we advise against putting it in the dishwasher. Regular maintenance with vegetable oil or wax will improve its durability.
Because wood has different grit, each Bérard item is unique.
