Bérard handmade olive wood openwork fish spoon 30cm

Founded in 1892, the Bérard family business has been designing wooden products since Saint-Laurent-en-Royans. Marius Bérard, a passionate woodworker, began by making wooden shoe heels and skis. It wasn't until the 1970s that the company specialized in kitchenware. Its products range from traditional Utensils to decorative bowls and planks to enhance your table. Specializing in wood, its favorite materials are beech, boxwood and, of course, olive. The latter, naturally strong and resistant, is the undisputed symbol of the Mediterranean.

The Bérard open-work fish spoon is made from tightly-woven olive wood. It will enable you, among other things, to mix your stews, fish and soups evenly... The brand's woodwork bears witness to age-old know-how adapted to healthy, authentic cooking. Olive wood's high density prevents it from absorbing food odors. This wood is particularly durable and will not scratch your containers.

To preserve the quality of your Bérard fish spoon, we recommend hand-washing rather than dish-washing. It can be regularly maintained with vegetable oil or wax.
