Smith's 3-stone sharpening system

This Smith's sharpening system is the ideal tool for maintaining your various knives.

Functional, high-performance and available at an affordable price, this Smith's sharpening system features 3 stones with different grit, for a razor-sharp edge.

Here are details of the 3 stones available:

- grit synthetic stone: recommended for giving a new edge to a very dull blade. Highly abrasive, it enables you to clean the cutting edge. The cutting edge can be contaminated with micro-waste from your many cuts. If your knife has a very poor cutting edge, we recommend using this stone.

- grit synthetic stone: can be used for many purposes. It refines and perfects the cutting edge of the blade previously reshaped with the 1st stone. This enables you to sharpen your knife even more thoroughly. It can also be used for regular sharpening of harder blades, to maintain the edge.

- grit natural stone: necessary for finishing the edge. The fineness of the grit brings out the full potential of your blade's cutting edge. The result is a razor-sharp edge for optimum efficiency on all your foods. You can use it as soon as you feel a loss of cutting action.

This system features a sturdy, non-slip base, giving you controlled, safe stability when sharpening. What's more, the system makes it easy to switch from one stone to another.

It's the essential tool for perfect, all-round knife maintenance!
