Description

The effectiveness of TAIDEA stones has been proven.

They effortlessly restore the razor-sharp edge of all your kitchen blades. You can rediscover the cutting performance of yesteryear.

Active since 2006, the company specializes in the high-tech creation of sharpening devices, designed to be ergonomic, durable and ultra-efficient.

This stone meets all these criteria!

It features a corundum face with 3000 fine grit.

It's ideal for evenly sharpening your blade, to avoid having to use a thicker and therefore more abrasive grit. To use it, you need to soak it in water for at least 5 minutes before use, then simply tilt your blade between 10 and 30°, and make gentle strokes on both sides of the blade.

Once you've finished using the knife, you can clean it with water to remove any steel residue, then wipe it dry before storing. To clean the stone, use a damp cloth and a soft brush, then leave to air dry.

The black, flexible non-slip base ensures precise, safe use, with no risk of the material moving when the blades are passed over it.

Finally, it's important to note that this stone is not suitable for toothed blades.

Opt for quality and choose to equip yourself with this TAIDEA stone!

Very good

For a first Japanese stone, I'm discovering it and I think it's great! The quality seems to be spot on. It's exactly what I'm looking for. I'm not a specialist, I'm just starting out... But I think it's very good as a complement to an "IDEALE 2 grains" natural stone from the Pyrenees.
Nothing to say

A 300 grain is not the most useful.
