De Buyer Maryse white spatula

This De Buyer soft spoon has been designed to make your life easier!

Made of overmolded rubber, it's very soft, flexible and highly hygienic (NSF certified), as it doesn't retain odors. It's also extremely hard-wearing, and can be used intensively because it can't be disassembled.

With this flexible spatula, you can transfer your preparations without risk of loss, as it scrapes your containers perfectly. Its blade has a right-angle and a rounded edge, enabling it to adapt to all your containers without scratching or damaging them.

A clever and practical little utensil, it features a notch to prevent it from slipping into your container, and is ideal for working all your preparations up to 100°C.

To suit all your needs, the spatula is available in 3 sizes:

- 24cm: head size: 8 x 5 cm; handle length: 18cm; weight: 70g

- 35cm: head size: 11.5 x 7 cm; handle length: 24cm; weight: 100g

- 42cm: head size: 11.5 x 7.5 cm; handle length: 30cm; weight: 110g

This spatula is quick and easy to clean, as it is dishwasher-safe. Storage couldn't be simpler: with its hole at the end of the handle, you can easily hang it above your worktop or simply place it in a utensil jar.
