This non-stick De Buyer baking cloth is now available for your oven!
De Buyer's cooking cloth has many advantages. It is made of very strong fiberglass coated with PTFE to be perfectly non-stick on both sides.
Available in round (ø26cm) or rectangular (40 x 30 cm) formats, the liner can be used in 2 ways:
- as a baking mat to place on your baking tray, for easy release of all your pastries such as macaroon shells or cookies
- as a mold base, for easy removal from cakes and fruit tarts
Extremely thin and flexible, you can cut your canvas with a pair of scissors to fit the shape of all your molds. It does not interfere with heat transmission and diffusion, for perfectly even baking.
