This pastry case is made from professional-quality stainless steel (no welds). It has a flat side and a side with 6 prongs, ideal for decorating Yule logs with a glaze that gives it that distinctive look.

Thanks to its strength and durability, it can be used intensively, perfect for professional pastry chefs, for example.

It guarantees excellent visual results as well as fine, precise work thanks to the regularity of its teeth, which are of the same size and shape, with a constant space between each tooth.
