You've been dreaming of a folding knife with outstanding features: a resolutely improved design, a rigid blade with impressive cutting capacity, an ergonomic handle and convenient opening. Don't be surprised, the giant Spyderco has made your dream come true with the Delica 4 Wave, featuring the Emerson Opener patented by the famous knifemaker Ernest Emerson.
Handle - Spyderco has chosen fiberglass-reinforced nylon to dress its handle. In fact, the FRN handle is covered with a non-slip texture for greater comfort in use and a perfect grip, even with wet hands. The handle is also fitted with a pocket clip for easy transport on your travels.
As for the 7.4cm-long blade, it is made from 100% stainless ZDP-189 steel with a proportion of 3% carbon and 20% chromium. With a hardness of 66 HRC, this steel is ultra-resistant to dynamic lateral loads for maximum cutting performance and edge retention. At the rear of this blade, there's a hook that allows you to open the blade easily when removing the knife from your jeans pocket by hooking the hook against the edge of the pocket: this is the Emerson Wave mechanism. In addition to the opening mechanism, the Delica 4 Wave blade has a back-lock mechanism.
Spyderco Delica 4 Wave is the folding knife of your dreams!
