Paramilitary 2 is the improved version of the original Paramilitary folding knife. For this new version, Spyderco has crafted its blade from American CPM S45V powder-coated steel produced at the Spyderco factory in Golden, Colorado. Spyderco then installed a compression lock to secure the blade. This system is locked by a plate in the upper part of the handle. The metal rod also jams against the stop, providing an additional safety device to prevent unintentional unlocking.
It also features a pocket clip for attaching the folding knife to the belt in 4 positions (up/down, left/right). In addition, there's a lanyard hole on the back of the handle.
