The Enuff 2 model is slightly larger than the classic Enuff, ideal for fans of larger knives. The blade is shaped like a sheet. This profile is very versatile in cutlery. It is made from K390 steel, a high-performance martensitic steel developed by Böhler-Uddeholm. This alloy is rich in carbon and contains a significant amount of vanadium. As a result, the knife remains sharper over a longer period than conventional knives. However, it becomes less resistant to corrosion, requiring regular application of oil and protection against salts and acids.
