The Totally Bamboo butcher block 50 x 40 x 2.5 cm is ideal for cutting all your foods, especially large, juicy cuts of meat, thanks to its deep gutter!

Made from bamboo, this butcher's block is highly resistant to humidity and heavy knives. This material is a renewable resource, as it does not need to be replanted even after being cut.

Its large size is perfect for slicing and dicing large cuts such as beef ribs, capon or leg of lamb. Its wide gutter allows you to collect the juices from your meats for easier removal and to avoid dirtying your work surface. Dimensions: 50 x 40 x 2.5cm.
