The blade of each knife is made of stainless steel. It has undergone a tempering process that takes it from high temperature to cold very quickly, to give it excellent strength. An attractive, watertight wooden handle

The red-colored handle is made of Polywood (laminated Brazilian pine). This material is highly heat-treated to make it extremely robust. As a result, it is highly resistant to shocks and temperature differences. This strength is further enhanced by 3 aluminum rivets. They ensure that all knives are perfectly balanced for optimum efficiency.

These knives are dishwasher-safe. However, we strongly recommend that you dry them thoroughly afterwards for a longer life.
