Beka Plume oval aluminium Dutch Oven 31cm - Beige

The Beka Plume oval aluminum casserole takes the codes of the traditional cast-iron casserole, with the modern lightness of recycled cast aluminum. Its beige color adds a bright, elegant touch to your worktop. A high-performance cocotte that's also stylish.

Intelligent design

This 31cm casserole easily accommodates a whole bird, a generous roast or a family dish in sauce. Its elongated shape optimizes space and ensures even cooking of long pieces, without compressing them. Recycled cast aluminum ensures rapid heat-up and even heat distribution. Perfect for simmered dishes that require smooth, even cooking.

The PFAS-free ceramic coating makes the bottom of the casserole non-stick and allows cooking with little fat. Clean-up is easy, even after long cooking sessions.

The lid features peaks where steam condenses and then falls back in fine droplets onto the food. This clever drip system helps to preserve the softness of preparations and intensify flavors.

Instructions for use and care

Before using for the first time, wash the cooker with hot water and soap. Cast aluminum is an efficient conductor of heat, so cooking over medium heat is sufficient to obtain excellent results while preserving the coating. Do not heat the cocotte when empty, and avoid using metal utensils to prevent scratches.

After use, wash the cooker gently by hand to preserve its non-stick performance, and dry well before storing.
