The result of a collaboration between LPWK and designer Gabriele Chiave.

Let's talk about these two talents in more detail:

- LPWK: her name is Laura Polinoro. This Italian with a degree in art and communications worked for a time in the contemporary dance sector. From 1990 to 1998, she was in charge of the Centro Studi Alessi, where she worked as a project engineer and artistic director.

- Gabriele Chiave: born in France but raised in Italy, the child of diplomatic parents, he was able to travel all over the world from an early age, which he admits undoubtedly influenced his approach to design. He works for a number of prestigious brands.

These two renowned designers have come up with a highly original utensil. It's a trivet, even if its shape doesn't indicate it at all.

It's made up of 4 crosspieces in chromed zamac, articulated by a chain in the same material. The final look is very intriguing, and this trivet can even become a decorative piece on your table or in your kitchen (you can even hang it from a utensil bar).

The fact that the crosspieces can move on the chain means you can adapt them more easily to the shape of your dish.

The way it works is just as unusual as its looks: throw it on the table, as you would a dice, and it's done. This playfulness makes it even more interesting. The braces are very stable, no matter which way they're placed.
