The Casteline collection benefits from the Multiply® body, composed of 5 layers of metals carefully selected for their complementary qualities. This ensures even heat distribution throughout the body of the utensil, not just at the thermo-diffuser bottom. This feature ensures gentle, economical and tasty cooking.
This pan also features a non-stick coating called Exceliss+, developed entirely by Cristel. This coating is without risk to health. It contains no PFOA or PFOS. The pans undergo a sandblasting process to improve adhesion, followed by an application of three successive layers of coating. These layers guarantee both the strength and non-stick properties of the coating. The first two layers are reinforced with titanium particles, offering enhanced resistance to abrasion.
The versatility of this Casteline kitchen pan is remarkable, as it can be used on all cooking surfaces, such as vitro ceramic, electric, gas and induction hobs. What's more, it's also suitable for safe use in the oven or on the grill. Thanks to the Exceliss+ non-stick coating, you can cook all your fish, potato and egg recipes without sticking.
The pan is sold without handles. However, these are still available for purchase on our site. They can be easily attached by clipping them onto the grip areas on either side of the pan.
To simplify maintenance, the Casteline frying pan can be safely placed in the dishwasher.
