Control the temperature of your dishes with the Cristel POC digital thermometer

When you're in the kitchen, every degree counts for the success of your dishes. With the Cristel POC digital thermometer, you can precisely measure the temperature of your preparations, whether meat, sauces or pastries. But that's not all! You can also monitor the temperature of the wine that accompanies your dishes.

Use

To switch on the thermometer, press the ON/OFF button. You can change the unit of measurement by opening the battery compartment and pressing the °C/°F button on the back. Insert the probe into the food to be measured, making sure to prick it at least 2cm deep. Once the measurement is complete, switch the thermometer off by pressing the ON/OFF button again.

This thermometer withstands extreme temperatures from -50°C to +200°C, so you can cook with confidence.

Care

After each use, it is essential to clean the thermometer probe. Be sure not to immerse the entire product in water. Use a damp cloth instead. By taking good care of the probe, you ensure that the thermometer remains accurate and ready for use at all times.

Replacing the batteries :

When you notice that the brightness of the display becomes dim, it's time to replace the batteries. Open the battery compartment on the back of the thermometer. Replace the two LR44 button cells with new ones, observing the correct polarity. Close the compartment carefully. After replacing the batteries, the thermometer will display the temperature in °C.
