Cristel POC stainless steel mesh skimmer

The Cristel POC strainer skimmer is extremely efficient for filtering.

When cooking in oil or water, the skimmer plays a crucial role. This utensil allows you to easily recover food during frying. It is also indispensable for removing boiling food from water.

Made from stainless steel,Cristel's mesh skimmer features a fine sieve that facilitates the draining of various foods, such as ravioli, gnocchi and vegetables. What's more, it doesn't let even the smallest morsels escape. So, when frying, you can more easily remove all the crumbs from the oil. The long stainless steel handle keeps a safe distance between your hand and the oil or boiling water, to avoid splashing.

This utensil is part of Cristel's POC (Petits Outils de Cuisine) range.

Easy to maintain, it is dishwasher-safe.

This Cristel strainer is compatible with Cristel's Panoply storage bars. This makes for practical, personalized storage. You won't have to waste any more time looking for it, as it will always be close at hand, hanging above your worktop!
