Silpat®non-stick baking cloth for baking trays

Silpat® baking cloth is the accessory of choice for professional pastry chefs and the most demanding amateurs!

This flexible, non-stick baking mat is ideal for baking pastries and viennoiseries, but not only. Requiring no greasing before use, it is also suitable for working with sugar and nougatine.

The Silpat® mat can be used on perforated baking trays and grids, and is available in 3 sizes:

- 40 x 30 cm: for GN 1/2 trays;

- 52 x 31.5 cm : for GN 1/1 trays;

- 58.5 x 38.5 cm: for 60 x 40 cm plates.

The baking mat is made of silicone-impregnated glass knit, which gives it its natural non-stick properties. Silicone-impregnated glass fabric is flexible, resistant and ensures even baking of your pastries thanks to its excellent heat distribution. Food-grade silicone ensures your creations come out of the mould without a hitch.

This top-of-the-range baking material has a long service life of up to 2000 uses. You can use it in all types of oven: steam, floor, fan or microwave. In fact, the liner withstands temperatures from -40°C to +260°C. So you can also place your canvas in a freezer if necessary.

Silpat® baking mat is easy to clean with a sponge after cooling. To store, simply roll it up. Be careful, however, never to fold or cut directly on the liner. Doing so will reduce its performance.
