This cutting board is made from high-quality solid oak from forests located in the Beskides mountains (north-eastern Czech Republic). First, the log is cut into planks and dried under shelter but with fresh air and normal humidity for two years. These planks are then dried in drying rooms at an internal humidity of 8 to 12%.

Thanks to its attractive dimensions of 44 x 28 x 2.8 cm, this versatile cutting board has two usable sides. The first side is grooved, so it's ideal for cutting all types of bread, such as country-style bread balls or lumberjack bread. The second side is smooth, so you can cut all kinds of food: vegetables, meat ...

The innovation of this cutting board lies in the fact that it can be positioned both horizontally and vertically, thanks to the handle on one side. This handle is magnetic and features powerful magnets to hold a bread knife or chef's knife measuring around 20cm. When placed on the smooth side, the handle wedges onto the worktop for maximum support. When placed on the grooved side, the board stands upright and so does the knife, as it is magnetized to the handle.
