A handle from Italy
The handle is made from olive wood, a robust and durable wood considered to be one of the oldest trees in the world. So your knife has many years ahead of it! Its high density makes it resistant to moisture and all kinds of absorption, such as liquids and odors. This wood comes from Calabria, which is why the range is called Amici, in reference to Italy.
The handle is ergonomically designed to ensure a comfortable, optimum grip, particularly during long periods of use. It features 2 rivets that hold the full tang blade firmly in the handle: your knife is reliable! What's more, the guard is marked to protect your fingers from injury and enhance safety.
To care for your knife, we recommend hand-washing and drying it immediately, and keeping it in a dry place. To give it a new look, you can oil the handle with mineral oil.
