The 10 De BuyerB Bois mini spatulas are a must-have for your raclettes!

These raclette spatulas are the essential Utensils for sliding freshly melted cheese onto your plate. Made from natural beech wood, they loosen the cheese from the pans without scratching them.

The beech wood selected by De Buyersustainably managed forests in the Vosges. The spatulas are then manufactured not far from there, in the brand's own workshop. They are treated with beeswax to protect the wood.

The spatulas are 14cm long and 4cm wide, making them suitable for most raclette pans. They're also handy for flipping blinis!

Raclette spatulas should be cleaned by hand, as the wood doesn't appreciate contact with water. Then be sure to dry them thoroughly before storing them with your raclette machine or in a kitchen drawer.
